Slitting and Rewinding Machineis usually the final stage of the entire paper machine production. After rewinding, the small paper rolls are packed and then sent to the customer, entering the next stage of the paper usage process.
If the paper machine production is good but the rewinder cannot process the existing paper rolls in time, it will cause press rolls, making the winder unable to use roll paper rolls and have to shut down; if the rewinding quality is not up to standard, the waste pulp of finished paper will be time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in significant waste.
Modern paper machines have high speed and large output.The design speed of the Slitting and Rewinding Machinecan reach up to 2500m/min, working speed 2000m/min. It is also possible to equip one paper machine with two or even an additional smaller slitting and rewinding machine.
The paper roll is rewound on the transmission belt bed and the rear bottom roll. As the diameter of the paper roll increases, most of the weight of the paper roll is borne on the belt bed. The reasonable load distribution of the press area between the belt bed and the rear bottom roll is controlled by maintaining a proper rewinding angle and belt tension. This control of excessive press area load can avoid quality issues in the paper roll.
The rewinding force provided by theSlitting and Rewinding Machine (the circumferential force applied by the belt bed on the paper roll) has a wide operating range. The rewinding force is the main factor controlling the paper roll structure. Together with the controllable press area load, it ensures precise paper roll hardness control and superior paper roll quality.
The degree of automation depends on the requirements and can be customized according to the needs of each factory. It can also be equipped with continuous rewinding, achieving fully automatic rewinding, requiring only one person to operate.
Slitting and Rewinding Machinemainly consists of the following sections: mother roll conveying and raw paper section, and paper cutting section.
Includes track and paper conveying trolley. The paper conveying trolley is driven by a servo controller. Through position control, the conveying trolleys on the driving side and the operation side synchronize and convey the paper roll from the source station to the target station. Operators can achieve automatic paper roll transfer by setting the source and target stations.
Includes raw paper roll stand, raw paper roll oscillation device, and raw paper roll diameter measuring device.When the Slitting and Rewinding Machineis running, the paper unwinding section controls the tension according to the set tension. When finishing the last set of paper, as the diameter of the raw paper roll decreases, the machine speed will automatically reduce.
The paper unwinding stand can swing left and right, with a swing amplitude of 50mm. The local thickness differences from the raw paper roll can be alleviated within a wider range.
An ultrasonic sensor that measures the diameter of the raw paper roll is installed on the frame of the unwinding stand. When the coupler is closed, the sensor measures the diameter of the paper roll and transmits the value to the drive section, thereby calculating the torque required for the unwinding section.
The paper sheet enters the slitting knife through 3 guide rollers in the paper-cutting section.When positioning the slitting knife of the Slitting and Rewinding Machine, both the bottom knife and upper knife move simultaneously, and the angle of the upper knife is fixed, requiring no adjustment.
The measuring device consists of a magnetic strip, SONY measuring head, and amplifier, which can quickly and accurately change the paper size.
The cut paper enters two expanding rollers, the first being a steel grooved arc roller. The arc and the angle of the incoming paper can be manually adjusted to improve the separation effect of the paper sheet. The second is a segmented expanding roller with a diameter of φ198mm, each segment length of 250mm.
By adjusting the knob located on the safety guard of the rewinding section (safety fence), each segment can be raised towards the paper sheet direction, causing the paper sheet to separate.
The running angle of the paper between the two expanding rollers can be adjusted. When threading paper, the angle automatically returns to 10°; during operation, it returns to the set angle via a hydraulic motor.
